It has been nearly two years since I started my online journey as a directory submitter. But over times, I have become a webmaster myself with 15 websites running. After a lot of calculations and permutations I found that bluehost web hosting provided me with the best services (i.e. support) that I was looking for. VOILA. 
Since then I have been having a worry less webmastering life as I see their hosting is never down and believe me - I never had to ask for any support so far.
