Disabled people also want to know and work.
Equal opportunities is not something that should be proclaimed only on holidays for the associations of disabled people.
Democracy should not be viewed only with a view to ensuring that every citizen has the right to vote, to elect their representatives. This concept is therefore much more comprehensive, and encompasses many other aspects, such as the right to work.
And in my opinion, this should always be on the agenda, that while people with disabilities have the same right of access to the work that has all other citizens.
I can not however to say that, fortunately, we have made some significant changes, but the fact that leave us happy and optimistic, we must resign, because the still much to do.
But we also have disabilities to do our part, and one of the things that is essential to take account is that when one plays poorly not properly its functions in a given post, it will harm other disabilities, since the employer has a strong tendency to generalize. If one employee failed to meet its job well, other workers who are carrying the same type of disability will also not get done.
The fact that we are fully aware that we should not generalize, unfortunately does not change much, and strategy will be good for professionals to give them to me a good image of ourselves, but also of other disabled people. Only then, with time we can reverse this trend of generalization.
There is an idea that I usually always share when I speak about the labor market, and the disabled that is:
We disabled, we must be much better than the other, to achieve the same objectives.
However, What I wanted was that employees with disabilities be treated the same as the others. The poor workers should be punished, but also the good should be valued. No excuse for not for a worker with a disability does not strive and do not produce as with the other officials.

Moreover, a situation we should remember are the advantages for companies in having their staff workers with disabilities.

Despite all these incentives, there are still many barriers in access to employment for persons with special needs.
These barriers are completely unjustified in my opinion, even more for today, when even in the technological field, workers with disabilities now can buy equipment that allow them to be at the same level as their fellow workers. With incentives for the adaptation of the workplace, with products that already exist with the social advantages that we saw earlier, are creating the conditions for access to work is actually democratic.
